Tour Option #1: Fall Tour – Butterfly Magic and Vera in the Gardens

Butterfly Magic is a fully immersive experience that surrounds you with rare butterflies, colorful dart frogs, tropical plants and orchids in bloom. Also on display will be the Chrysalis Exhibit, a fascinating look into the metamorphic life of a butterfly. With a little patience, and luck, you may see a butterfly emerge from its chrysalis for the very first time! With a constantly changing and growing display, and new varieties of butterflies being added regularly, Butterfly Magic is never the same experience twice!

Vera In the Gardens – The Inspiration and Botanical Art of Vera Neumann
New York artist, Vera Neumann, built a $100 million brand during the 1970s, but her designs today continue to be hot items at major retail chains, from Nordstrom and Crate & Barrel to Anthropologie, whose Vera settee graced the cover of New York magazine’s Home Design issue in 2010. The Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Smithsonian all paid tribute to her genius. This exhibition of original paintings, which were used to create many of her licensed products, are on loan from the Susan Seid Collection.
