Schools can choose from four tour options during the 2018-19 school year. All tour groups must adhere to the student to chaperone guidelines of 5:1 (K-5th grades) and 15:1 (6th-12th grades). See below for descriptions.

Tour Option #1: Creative Spark: Violins of Hope

Students explore the Violins of Hope, a collection of restored instruments played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust, and learn the remarkable personal stories behind them along the way. Israeli violinmaker Amnon Weinstein restored these violins over the last 20 years, and through his devotion, this exhibition pays tribute to those lost, teaches important messages from the Holocaust and illustrates the power of music and the strength of the human spirit.

This exhibit will be held at the Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts building.
