Platero y Yo (Platero and I) is a series of vignettes telling the story of a man and his donkey, and the life they lead. The author, the Nobel Prize winning poet Juan Ramón Jiménez, uses the poem as a reflection of friendship and the simple joys of life. Set to music by the great composer, Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, this performance will feature narrator Enrique Feldman and guitarist Andres Pantoja.
